Integration with ERP systems
Symmetrix is compatible with several ERP information systems, such as Pantheon, SOAP, MS Navision, SAP, Largo, Basque, electronic invoicing.
By default, our integration includes bidirectional synchronization between companies and contacts, automatic referencing of offers and orders in one direction, and the transfer of financial data from the ERP system to SparkleCRM.

Bulk email and marketing automation software
Symmetrix supports several marketing programs for mass communication with your contacts and marketing automation.
Communication with mass email programs (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor) is bidirectional, so you can also follow the results of the statistics campaign in Symmetrix.
Symmetrix is also compatible with several marketing automation systems to allow for more detailed monitoring of potential customers and marketing automation (Net Results, Sales Manago, Intercom, Slack, etc.).

Integration with IP telephony
Symmetrix is compatible with different IP systems: Avaya, Megatel, Centreks, Alstar, Asterisk, Cisco. The link works for incoming and outgoing calls. When you receive a call, Symmetrix automatically recognizes the contact, opens the customer’s card, and provides an area to submit information.
Incoming calls can be made simply by clicking on a phone number in Symmetrix. This will initiate a call as well as open a form where you can write relevant information.
